Our carefully managed regional cuisine always offers a rich selection of sophisticated dishes. From the homemade Sauerfleisch to the Rumpsteak, from Wendland Bratels over the Schnitzel to the trout “Müllerin”, here is something for every taste.


Our Specialty Is Roasting

A hearty pork steak that has been put in at least 24 hours before and then swirled in the yard on an open beech fire. The meat is particularly delicate and palatable due to its incorporation into the dry mash, consisting only of herbs and spices. For this we serve a nice salad from the buffet and a potato garnish of your choice. How about a hearty heath potato from the oven with homemade sour cream dip?
